This century home underwent a complete renovation by our team at MacNeil Construction. We began with a full interior demolition and conducted asbestos testing to ensure safe and efficient work practices.

The second and third floors were entirely re-framed, and new bay windows were added to bring in natural light.

Throughout the home, we installed custom hardwood flooring, built fireplace feature walls, and constructed new staircases. To improve energy efficiency, spray foam insulation was applied, followed by a full interior repaint.

Working closely with designers, we carefully preserved the character and charm of this historic property while bringing it up to modern standards.
